Substitution Policy
Because flowers are a natural, seasonal product, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. We always do our very best to honor your selection and vision. If a specific flower, container, or material is unavailable, we will thoughtfully substitute with items of equal or greater value while preserving the beauty, style, and meaning of your arrangement.
Order Placement, Lead Time & Daily Cutoff
To ensure your flowers receive the attention and quality they deserve, all orders must be placed at least two (2) days prior to the service or delivery date.
We are also unable to accept same-day or next-day orders placed after 2:00 PM, as this time is dedicated to preparing arrangements with care and sourcing the freshest blooms.
Delivery Area (Funeral Homes)
We proudly offer delivery to funeral homes throughout Virginia Beach and Norfolk. We understand how tender these moments can be, and every delivery is handled with grace, discretion, and heartfelt respect.
Delivery Fee
A $15 delivery fee per order applies to funeral home deliveries. This supports the careful handling and timely transport of your flowers so they arrive beautifully and appropriately.
Home Deliveries
We do offer limited home deliveries within a 5-mile radius. Our specialty, however, is in sympathy and funeral florals, where our hearts and focus are most deeply devoted.
Right to Decline Service
On rare occasions, we may need to decline or cancel an order to ensure we can uphold the quality and care our customers deserve. This allows us to serve every family with integrity and excellence.
